The task
A distribution area between the conference and office areas in the new Fielmann Group headquarters in northern Hamburg is to become a place where visitors can experience the history, present and future of the family-owned company.
The idea
The holistic experience places the user at the centre. It is characterised by its clear design language with circles, prisms and opening and focusing rays.
The interplay of optical effects, reflections, spectral colours, overlays and transparencies makes the invisible visible and complex health topics tangible.
The reality
The high quality of the lively passageways invites visitors to linger and engage with the content. Interactive applications such as the VR vision simulator or the audiograms inspire employees, customers and partners alike, as do the company’s integrated digital services.
An iris scan as a digital giveaway underlines the uniqueness of each and every individual. A special twist: the calotte, an exciting object from eyeglass production, presents the company’s values.
Lightness in design and low-threshold access give the Fielmann Experience its open character that welcomes every visitor and guest of the company.
