Simplicity of operation and elegance in appearance where the guidelines for the design of the car display SPECPOD for MAZDA.
The EU directive 1999/94/EG on the provision of consumer information about the fuel consumption and CO2 emission made car displays in automotive fairs an obligation.
Many automotive companys face this challenge by setting up transparent panels with a DIN A4 printout.
Our client UNIPLAN, an international full service agency, wanted to decline the elegant and technical pretension of the fairstand down into the interface technology.
Based on a white foiled float glass panel ,simple implemented a display where all the technical components find their place in a folded sheet metal body with extreme slim dimensions.
The sensor controls behind the glass surface drive the specially programmed sriptable media player.
